Our Brief:

The property is in an excellent and sought after location in Clontarf Dublin 3. Following the initial inspection, we recommended some energy saving initiatives to our client that improved the thermal efficiency of the apartment and increased the potential rental income.

Our report also contained some suggested improvements to further maximise rental income. We completed the repairs in-house, then commenced the advertising and letting process, with all viewings by appointment.

From starting repairs to signing leases, the letting process took less than 14 days – which included compiling a shortlist of suitable prospects, due diligence subsequent recommendations, preparation and signature of leases, inventory and utility switch.
